The rooms at Caiplie House are spread out over two floors with the rooms on the top floor benefiting from sea views.
The accommodation is flexible and adaptable. From smaller standard en-suite rooms better for shorter stays or those on a budget through to the larger, more luxurious room 4.
Combined with the en-suite sea view rooms on the top floor we feel we have a great blend of accommodation.

This year saw the completion of Room 4 as a family suite, including a King-size master bedroom and a separate, smaller bedroom with double bed. The styling is influenced by the stunning Victorian features. A sofa, games table, TV/DVD player and library of books and magazines will add to your enjoyment.

On the first floor we offer you two standard en-suite rooms. A twin room and a double room. These rooms have en-suite shower rooms, tea and coffee facilities and TV. They are smaller than the other rooms with limited floor space. This is reflected in the price.

On the top floor are rooms five and six. Room five is a well proportioned double room with en-suite shower room. There are soft seats and a coffee table, TV/DVD and ipod dock for your entertainment. Room six, the family suite is the most flexible of our rooms. This can be a superior twin/double or nice triple accommodation. There is a sofa and TV/DVD player.
